The Immigration Law Firm is the trading name of Unity Capital Pty Limited, an incorporated legal practice in New South Wales.

The firm specialises in Immigration Law and offers advice and assistance in every aspect of that area.

We strive hard to achieve the best possible results for our clients whether it be applying for visas, arranging sponsorship or challenging DIMAC decisions in the Migration Review Tribunal, Federal Court, the Federal Magistrates Court or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal ("The Federal Courts").

All visa work carried out by the firm is handled by a registered Migration Agent who is also a lawyer. The advantage of having lawyers perform this work is that we bring to the process a deep understanding of the law and the legal process upon which all DIMAC decisions are based.

In the event that DIMAC makes the wrong decision, we are able to use our legal expertise in appealing that decision before the MRT and the Federal Courts.

Importantly, unlike most Migration Agents, whoever represents you in your application to DIMAC will also be the person who, if things go wrong, will run your case in Court.
