Bryan was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1977. He holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney. Bryan is also a registered Migration Agent.

Bryan’s interest in Immigration Law commenced more than 35 years ago when, as an undergraduate, he worked as an Immigration Officer for the Department of Immigration.

He accepts instructions in every type of immigration matter and specialises in business migration.

When it comes to challenging DIMAC decisions, Bryan brings to the process a wealth of experience in conducting Court cases of almost every type in most jurisdictions in this country. He is an experienced advocate and is well equipped to represent clients before the Migration Review Tribunal, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Magistrates Court and the Federal Court.
